You check who you deal with, you pay the factory in stages, and the goods are checked before you pay the balance.
Six protections, in writing
You sign with the factory itself
For food and treats, your contract is with Tai’an Taichong Pet Food Co., Ltd. Its business licence and unified social credit code are sent before you sign, so you can look the company up yourself.
30% deposit, 70% against the bill of lading
A 30% deposit starts production. The 70% balance is paid against the bill of lading copy, once the goods have passed the check and shipped.
Samples first, then a trial order
Samples are free; you pay only the courier freight on your own DHL or FedEx account. A small trial order is welcome before a larger one.
Checked before you pay the balance
I check the goods at the factory against your approved sample and send a written report with photos (example). You can also appoint SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or QIMA at your cost.
Problems made good by the factory
If a quality problem found after arrival is the factory’s responsibility under the contract and inspection records, the factory replaces the goods or credits your next order. I handle the claim for you.
A reply within 24 hours
On working days you get a reply from me within 24 hours, China time (UTC+8), in English or Chinese.
Check us yourself
The company
Business licence and unified social credit code, sent before you sign. Look the company up on China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, gsxt.gov.cn.
The certificates
Each certificate carries the issuing body’s name and a certificate number or QR code you can check with that body.

The bank account
The beneficiary must be the factory’s own company account, with the same name as on your contract.
