With the manufacturer. You sign with and pay the factory, and the factory exports the order. Bank details are confirmed by phone and never changed by email.
Can you work with my own recipe and packaging?
Yes, that is what OEM and private label orders are for. Send your recipe or target product, pack size and label artwork, and the factory confirms what it can make.
Which markets does the factory ship to?
The factory exports to North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Pet food import rules differ by country, so we check what your market requires before samples are made. Clearance in your country stays with you or your customs broker.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum order. Quantities, price and lead time are confirmed for each order.
