You buy from the factory.
The contract, invoice and payment are between you and the factory, and the factory exports the goods. I’m your English-speaking contact from the first email to shipment.

Questions buyers ask
Who do I sign the contract with?
With the factory that makes your goods. You pay the factory directly and the factory exports the order.
What are the payment terms?
For food and treat orders with Taichong Pet Food: a 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance against the bill of lading copy once the goods have been checked and shipped, by bank transfer to the factory’s company account named in your contract.
How do I keep my payment safe?
Pay only the factory account named in the contract you signed. Bank details are never changed by email: if you ever receive a request to change them, call the factory and me before paying anything.
Can I see the factory before I order?
Yes. I can walk you through the factory on a live video call at any time, or you can visit in Tai’an. The factories have agreed to both.
Do you charge buyers anything?
No. I work on the factories’ side as their export contact, and they pay me.
I already have a supplier. Why talk to you?
Many buyers keep a second factory quote on file for price checks, extra capacity or a new product line. I can get one for a named item.
Do you import goods for me?
No. I don’t import goods on your behalf and I don’t act as importer of record.
