How I check your goods
Before production
Confirm the approved sample, materials, colours, packaging artwork and labels with the factory, so production starts from the right reference.
During production
Check the first finished pieces off the line. Problems found here are fixed before the whole order is made.
Before shipment
With the order finished and mostly packed, cartons are opened at random and pieces checked against the sample and your specification.
The same method an inspection company uses

| Acceptance | AQL limits you set. A common choice is 0 critical, 2.5 major and 4.0 minor defects. |
| Defects | Critical: a safety risk, such as a sharp edge or a part a pet could swallow. Major: affects use or sale, such as a broken clip or wrong size. Minor: cosmetic, such as a loose thread. |
| Report | Written report with photos of every check and every defect found, sent to you before the goods leave the factory. Blank example (PDF). |
This is a quality check against your sample. It does not replace any regulatory testing your products may need. Prefer an independent inspector? You can appoint SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or QIMA at your cost; I arrange the date and factory access.
